You can also download a set of Pfam profile HMM files (pHMMs) representing the domains and families of Nuclear Envelope proteins. The files given include the raw pHMM data (in the HMMER 3 / Pfam format), as well as processed HMM library files, ready to be used with HMMER's hmmalign function.
