| Xenophagy-specific receptor required for autophagy-mediated intracellular bacteria degradation (By similarity). Acts as an effector protein of galectin-sensed membrane damage that restricts the proliferation of infecting pathogens upon entry into the cytosol by targeting galectin-associated bacteria for autophagy (By similarity).
